I'm struggling to remember now but I thought that was a release from back in the day.

The Last Christmas picture disc was done for national record shop day in 2014.

In the description, it says release date Nov. 27,2015. Also says, sounds fresh and relevant 25 yrs later and so on.

(The quotes from Mr. Lippmann are very confusing since we don't know the date of his remarks.)

Then again, it could also be a typo and nothing will be happening. The Billboard article may have meant "the anniversary of the album," but instead the author got sloppy and left out "of the" and the editor didn't catch it.
I don't believe we' ll get a new album, they speak about the anniversary of LIsten Without Prejudice!!
Disappointed!!

Yes, Paul from ‘Super Deluxe Edition’ is saying to queries about the release and what it could be - “trust me - its LWP". He certainly is a man in the know, so be assured its coming. let’s just hope they do it justice and George is in a position to at least do a few interviews to promote the release. The faith re-release was off course quite disappointing and overshadowed by his arrest!

Well whatever happen I hope we all get to see a crisp HD version of the Praying for Time video SOMEWHERE as the one on YT is A: Not the original clip, and B: Awful quality. It's my favourite song on the album and not to sound too dramatic here, but I believe the world right now needs to see it and absorb the message within.

Thats what I thought too. You don't have to buy it, just stream it for free.

I agree on part one, we need better quality. One of my favorites is on there. And part two, yes the world needs to "absorb the message within" well said

Maybe it is just me. For some reason, I have always thought that the sound quality of LWP is not as good as Faith or Older. For this, I hope that remastering may help improve sound quality.

I don't think there will be a "Golden Disc LWP Remastered Edition" like "Faith" as LWP sold much less (around 4 million) than Faith (around 16 million).

I wish there was a George Michael Fund that Sony and George put all the rights into, that gathers all songs and live events (incl. recordings) and make all songs available for streaming and/or downloading.

Not that the big W is always right but I don't think the sales were that low:

"The album sold approximately eight million copies,[2] a disappointing number compared to the 25 million copies of Faith."

Does anyone have any information about this song? Was it a demo from the LWP sessions?

Default i had a dream

Dear all,

because of the re-release of "Listen without prejudice Vol.1" in september this year, i had a dream:

Vol. 2 was never released and many songs of it, where B-sides or anything else. What would you think about a double album Listen without prejudice Vol. 1 with disco etc as additonal songs on it and Vol. 2 = new George Michael album 2016 with 11 original new songs. I mean the upbeat song collection he is promissing since 2012.

That would surprise all of us, right?

But sorry, this won't happen. What a pity. Oliver

If the LWP remaster/re-release in Sep is not a double set including LWP2, it will be a full on disappointment.

Marketing the re-release as “including the legendary unreleased volume 2” would certainly greatly add to attention/sales and pave the way to re-launching his career (once again). Just remastering/re-releasing it wont gain much attention and only sales to the die hard audiophiles out there. A further SuperDeluxe package including both volumes and the ‘cover to cover’ blue ray & CD would be the way to go, in a luxurious box set, with possible inclusion of heavy weight vinyl for both volumes, glossy informative book etc [great photos around that time] would certainly draw in all the diehards [as I assume all who are still here are]. Anything else, once again, a missed opportunity. Anyone disagree?
