Last movie I saw was Sleuth.

Only two actors playing in the film: Michael Caine and Jude Law. It`s a remake of Joseph L. Mankiewicz`s film from 1972, Michael Caine played in both films, different roles though ...

George and Kenny at the UK premiere of Sleuth

High School Musical 3 . I went to see the movie with my son and I've had to do it because it's a real hysteria among young children at the moment...but I really liked it, it's steady, romantic and nice and the music is very beautiful (I still have the songs in my head). It's a kind of West Side Story of our times.

Last night I saw Mel Gibson's Apocalypto and although it's not my favourite kind of movie, I think it is a masterpiece. It's about the exploration of the primal fear in the context of the decline of Maya civilization, representation of Maya culture, human sacrifice, slaves trade...OMG it's hard to see it! Too much blood and violence, but brilliant...makes me wonder about Gibson's passion for bloody scenes! It was so late at night and my heart is still beating too fast now when I'm thinking about it...

Last movie I saw was Australia with Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman.

Directed by Baz Luhrmann (Moulin Rouge) so you can expect everything and there is a bit of everything in this movie, it`s like a mix of all genres.
There`s western, epic, romance, history, a bit of Gonne With The Wind, Out of Africa, Pearl Harbor, there`s even Judy Garland singing Somewhere Over the Rainbow ...

But one thing is for sure though, Hugh Jackman is the sexiest man alive!

Cool

I watched You Me And Dupree last night. enjoyable movie, kind of funny.....but all I could think about was for one, Matt Dillon has found youth water or something!! he looks no different than he looked in The Outsiders!!!
and also couldn't stop thinking about that kate hudson.....she was married during this movie, had an affair with owen wilson which shortly after he tried to commit suicide, then she was seeing lance armstrong(also in this movie).....what in the world is she doing!!?
I've never really enjoyed her or liked the interviews I've read with her. and now wishing celeb gossip wasn't so in our face....I'd rather have watched that movie without knowing any of that behind the scenes stuff!

Revolutionary Road by Sam Mendes with Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Very powerful drama, beautifully shot, Kate Winslet is brilliant, hopefully it`s Oscar winning performance for her this time.

Smart people with Dennis Quaid and S.J. Parker. Not your typical comedy but not bad either..

Changeling, drama with Angelina Jolie, a disturbing story based on actual events in LA back in the 30s. Very well directed by Clint Eastwood.
